1. About Us

FF LIKES BD ("we", "us", "our") operates the website www.fflikebd.pro (the "Site"), which offers paid profile-like services for Free Fire player profiles. These Terms govern your use of the Site and all services we provide.

2. Not Affiliated with Garena

FF LIKES BD is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena, Free Fire, or any of their parent companies or affiliates. "Free Fire" and related names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has permitted you to use the Site and make payments. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your location.

4. Our Services

We deliver profile likes to the Free Fire player UID you provide. Package sizes, prices, and estimated delivery times are shown on the Site and may change at any time without prior notice. The price in effect when you place an order is the price you pay.

5. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Orders and Required Information

• You must enter the correct Free Fire UID. We are not responsible for likes sent to a wrong UID entered by you.
• We will never ask for your Free Fire password, OTP, or login credentials. Do not share them with anyone.
• Your profile should be set to a state where it can receive likes, and the region must be supported by the service.

7. Payments

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Payments are made through the payment methods offered on the Site. You agree to pay the full amount for your order and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders may be held or cancelled if a payment cannot be verified.

8. Delivery

Most orders are processed automatically and start quickly, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of server load, maintenance, or changes made by the game publisher.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Because our services are digital and delivered quickly, completed orders are generally non-refundable.
• If an order fails entirely or is only partly delivered because of an error on our side, we will re-deliver the remaining likes or refund the undelivered portion, at our discretion.
• No refund is due for orders placed with a wrong or invalid UID, or for a violation of these Terms.
• To request help, contact support within 7 days of the order with your Order ID and UID.

10. Risk and Disclaimer

We work to deliver a safe and reliable service, and we never ask for your login details. However, the use of third-party services in connection with an online game may be subject to the game publisher's own rules and policies, which can change at any time. You use the service at your own risk. We do not control Garena's systems and cannot guarantee that likes will be permanent or that your account will never be affected by actions taken by the game publisher. Likes may be removed or adjusted by the publisher at its discretion.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
